TUESDAY, APRIL 10
Ÿ Angelo Dean House, 19, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of 3rd degree assault — knowingly/recklessly causing injury. He was sentenced to 18 months of supervised state probation immediately upon release from jail. He was ordered to pay $1,157.50 in fines and costs. Defendant must obtain an alcohol evaluation and treatment. He was ordered to obtain his GED, and to actively seek employment. He must also obtain an anger management evaluation and follow all recommendations. He must not possess or consume alcohol.
