Dolores marijuana sales will go on April ballot

Voters will also choose board members, decide OHV use
Dolores voters will decide April 7 whether to allow retail pot sales. The sales are allowed in Mancos and Cortez. Montezuma County has banned retail pot stores in unincorporated areas of the county.
In 2010, Buckethead Herbal Healing Center was the first medical marijuana dispensary in Dolores, but it closed down. Since then, a retail marijuana moratorium has been in place.
