The San Juan Mycology farmers will be offering four workshops over the summer..
The mushroom lifecycle, ecological role and container cultivation methods: June 1
Garden design principles and mushroom lag cultivation: July 6
Myco-Medicinals: August 3
Mushroom cooking class: Sept. 7
