Timothy Clarke ‘Tim’ Miller
A Celebration of Life for longtime Mancos resident Timothy Clarke Miller will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, March 30 at the Miller residence in Mancos. Please call Ertel Funeral Home for directions if needed.
Tim was born Nov. 16, 1946, in San Mateo, Calif. the son of Edward Clark and Barbara Ann (Timmons) Miller. He passed away at Southwest Memorial Hospital on March 25, 2014, at age 67.
In Las Vegas on June 6, 1990, Tim married the love of his life Sara Jean Drummond. They shared almost 29 years together, having been together since 1985. Tim was a retired science teacher who taught over 30 years in the Four Corners. He loved teaching children. He enjoyed sailing, traveling, and being with family.
Tim is survived by his wife, Sara Drummond-Miller of Mancos; his daughters, Jennifer Davilia and husband, Antonio of Bluff, Utah, Erin Nelson and husband, Roger of Flagstaff, Ariz., and Heather Morgan and husband, Brett of Flagstaff, Ariz.,; and his eight grandchildren, Francisca Davilia, Santiago Davilia, Jackson Nelson, Derek Nelson, Olivia Nelson, Hannah Morgan, Tristen Morgan, and Kaiden Morgan. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Miller and Barbara Anderson; and his brother, Jeff Miller.
