Cassie Carver and Jason Patterson of Cortez would like to announce the birth of their daughter Hailey Mae Patterson. She was born at Southwest Memorial Hospital on Sept. 11, 2013, at 1:59 p.m. She weighed 5 pounds, 8 ounces and was 18 inches long. Hailey’s maternal grandparents are Robin and Alvin Carver of Cortez, and her paternal grandparents are Marie and Mike Staal of Darby, Mont.
