The Diabetes Support Group at Southwest Memorial Hospital has changed their monthly meeting day. The group now meets on the first Wednesday of each month from 3:30 to 5 p.m. at the hospital in the Diabetes Education classroom (south campus). Individuals with diabetes share information, give and receive support, and learn new ways to manage their health at each meeting.
