While his mom, Cory Cooper, makes a phone call, Davy Cooper surveys the damage to their car he was driving. Davy, who was driving with his learner's permit to get the necessary hours for his license, drifted off the road while eastbound on Highway 160 near the fairgrounds and over-corrected, flipping the vehicle. No one was injured in the accident and both were wearing their seat belts.
