Three year-old Easton Pixler picks an ornament from the Angel Tree at the Cortez Journal. With the help of his mom, Easton will be buying Christmas gifts for a 6-year-old boy in need. The Salvation Army accepts applications to place childrens names on the tree as part of the Community Christmas Program. Community members can then adopt a child from the tree at the Journal.
