Blair Paisley Rice was welcomed into the world on Oct. 14, 2012. Blair was born at 1:19 p.m. at Southwest Memorial Hospital in Cortez. She weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces, and was 20-1/8 inches long. Blair’s parents are Heather and Kevin Rice of Pleasant View. Maternal grandparents are Ken and Beth Perry of Cortez. Paternal grandparents are Ed and Robin Rice of Cahone.
