William Edmonson ‘Bill’ Moore
Memorial services for longtime Cortez resident William Edmonson “Bill” Moore will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 20 at Tom Buffalo’s hangar. Please call Cortez Flying Service for directions at 565-3721. Military honors will be provided by Montezuma County V.F.W. Post #5231.
Bill was born Dec. 3, 1929 in White County, Ill., the son of Charles E. and Mildred Emily (Questell) Moore. He passed away on Sunday, Sept. 23, 2012 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Junction, Colo. at the age of 82.
