Insurance adjuster, Mike Norton, sifts through the rubble of what was once the Hollywood Bar and Fusion Studio in Dolores Tuesday as Hollywood Bar owners Louis and Renee Sims watch. “It’s like the loss of a family member,” said Louis. “We poured our heart and soul into it the past couple of years and it was just beginning to pay off. The food part of the business had just doubled. The community support has just been outstanding.” A sign that reads “Arson, $5,000 Award Fund” has been also posted.
