Richard Crespin
Richard Crespin passed away peacefully at his home at the age of 64 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Richard finally succumbed to the cancer he has been fighting since June of 2011.
After serving in the military, Richard served over 20 years in law enforcement. In Cortez, he started as a patrol officer for the City Police Department, and later became lieutenant of Patrol and Civil Division in the Sheriff’s Department. He moved and retired from law enforcement in Salt Lake City. During his spare time he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He also enjoyed woodworking and serving others.
Richard is survived by his beautiful bride Lilia, his daughter Sandra, son-in-law Jeff, and his grandchildren Izabella, Adam and Giddoniah VanderToolen.
A service will be held in memory of Richard on Monday, July 16, 2012, at 1 p.m. at 1250 West Atherton Dr., Taylorville, Utah 84123.
