Mike and Nancy Evanson of Cortez, are pleased to announce the union of their daughter Sabrina Lei Rua Evanson to James Joseph Waterman, the son of Jim and Lorrie Willden of Cortez, who now reside in Montrose. James and Sabrina are both graduates of Montezuma-Cortez High School, James in 2003 and Sabrina in 2005. James now works as a welder and steel erector for Pioneer Steel Inc. of New Castle, and Sabrina is a Certified Nursing Aide who works for San Juan Living Center in Montrose. James and Sabrina have started a family; their son James Michael Waterman will turn 4 years old in April. The couple will be married on Wednesday, Feb. 29, 2012 at 5 p.m. at the Elk’s Lodge in Cortez. All family and friends are invited to join the celebration.
