While dancing as a Mesa Belle, Rayna Hale hands out lollipops to the Vista Mesa king and queen, Armand Desruisseaux and Wanda Goode, Thursday for the Valentine's Day Sweetheart Ball at Vista Grande. The local assisted living homes attended the dance with each bringing their own king and queen.
