OLIVER LINCOLN FREY was born during the wee hours on January 2 (third baby born at the Mercy Regional Medical Center in Durango this year). His parents are Sean and Jill Frey from Dolores. Oliver, who was born with a full head of hair, weighs in at 7 lbs, 3 oz. and is 19 3/4 inches tall.
