Cortez Girl Scout Troop 1199 will hold a Community Christmas Drive to collect items for kids at the Cortez Walmart on Thursday, Nov. 22 from 8 p.m. until midnight, and on Friday, Nov. 23 from 5 a.m. to 8 a.m. Walmart is located at 1835 E. Main Street. The troop will be parked outside of each of the main front doors. Items requested are toys, clothes, shoes, etc., for children age 6 months to 12 years old.
