What: A $43.95 million, 162,500-square foot high school
Where: 35-acre parcel south of Walmart off Sligo and 7th streets
When: Voters decide on Nov. 6; mail-in ballots go out on Oct. 15
How: 52 percent funded by state BEST grant ($22.7 million); 48 percent funded by local taxpayers ($21.25 million) through 20-year bond
